Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We want you to love your plants! If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

Returns

  • We accept return requests within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Plants must be in original condition.
  • Some products (e.g., discounted items, custom gifts) may be non-returnable.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
  • For damaged or unhealthy plants, please email clear photos to support@armani.today within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges, but you can place a new order after returning the original item (if applicable).
